The Championship series limited to drivers under the age of 25 at the commencement of the current racing season is designed to seek out through participation in races designated for the series an Australasian Young Drivers Champion. The championship will be conducted in Victoria during the ID08 Watpac Inter Dominion series in February 2008. Ford will be competing in the event for the first time. The twenty-year-old Brighton reinsman now in his fifth year of driving has demonstrated his prowess in state junior driver awards.
